    1. Estimate Arrival time:
      We ship from San Francisco and estimated time of delivery is as follows:

      •    To West-Cost: 2-3 business days
      •    To Mid-West: 4-5 business days
      •    To East Coast: 7-10 business days
      •    Custom / Bulk order can take up to 95 days. Please call or email info@tutto.com 

    2. Please contact us regarding delivery timeframe for address outside 48 continental United States.

    3. International customers:
      We ship all international orders via U.S. Postal Service with the customer’s following  choices - Global Express (EMS), Global Priority or regular airmail.

    4. Customers in Hawaii or Alaska:
      UPS do ship to these states but we give customers the option to choose US Priority Mail to help save on shipping cost.

    5. Customers in Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico (U.S. territories):
      UPS do not ship to these locations and we will ship via U.S. Postal Service with the  customer’s following choice of Priority Mail or Parcel Post (4th class).

    6. Customers with APO/FPO military address:
      UPS do not ship to APO/FPO addresses so orders to these locations will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service with the customer’s following choice of Priority Mail or Parcel Post (4th class).

    7. Any rush orders placed over the weekend will go out within the following business days.

    8. UPS do not count the day the order is shipped or deliver on weekends and holidays.We do not have daily pick with the U.S. Postal Service. Orders shipped with U.S. Postal service is shipped usually within 3-5 business days once the order is received.
